During this first session we will discuss past, present and future barriers that have prevented or slowed your progress to change. We will discuss your handwriting analysis (this comes free with your first session) and the changes you can make to reinforce your desired goals. The majority of my clients notice a significant change after the first session with maintenance required bi-annually once desired goal(s) have been reached.
Please note that this is unlike any other form of therapy where maintenance can be weekly and can last for years.
